Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Luxeme Travel website and any services provided by Luxeme Travel Co. ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website or booking travel services through us, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If a deposit is paid, the balance is due within the specified timeline as per your booking details. Failure to make full payment within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking, forfeiting any payments made.

2.3. Pricing

3.2. Cancellation by Luxeme Travel
In the rare event that Luxeme Travel cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as visa fees, airline tickets, or any personal expenses.

3.3. Changes by the Client
If you wish to modify your booking after it has been confirmed, Luxeme Travel will attempt to accommodate your request, but changes may be subject to availability and additional costs. Any modification requests should be made in writing and may require a rebooking fee.

3.4. Changes by Luxeme Travel
Luxeme Travel reserves the right to make minor modifications to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, operational requirements, or other situations beyond our control. Any significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

4. Travel Documentation

4.1. Passports & Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas, permits, or other travel documentation. Luxeme Travel is not liable for any issues that arise due to incorrect or invalid documentation, including denial of boarding, entry, or exit from any country.

4.2. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal injury, loss of personal belongings, and other potential risks. Luxeme Travel is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred as a result of insufficient or lack of travel insurance.

5. Health & Safety

Some destinations may require specific vaccinations, medications, or other health precautions. It is your responsibility to check with the appropriate medical professionals for travel health advice and ensure that you meet the necessary health requirements for your chosen destination.

Luxeme Travel makes every effort to ensure your safety while traveling. However, it is your responsibility to adhere to local laws and regulations, follow safety instructions provided by local authorities or service providers, and exercise caution at all times.

6. Liability & Limitations

Luxeme Travel acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We do not own, control, or operate these third-party suppliers. Therefore, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers.

6.2. Force Majeure
Luxeme Travel is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, acts of terrorism, or other significant disruptions.

6.3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxeme Travel’s liability for any claim arising from the services provided is limited to the amount paid by you for the booking. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including loss of profits or personal injury.

7. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

7.1. Complaints
If you encounter any problems during your trip, you must notify Luxeme Travel or the local service provider immediately so that we have the opportunity to resolve the issue. Complaints that are not reported at the time of the issue may not be eligible for compensation or refund.

7.2. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration as determined by the laws governing this Agreement.
